2019 Billes De Grenache

Le Clos de la Barthassade is located in Aniane which is in the heart of the Terrasses du Larzac, in the Languedoc.
Guillaume and Helene Baron, the winemakers make pure and elegant wines. Unlike most  other vignerons of the Languedoc they choose to use 50-80% whole cluster. The result is a distinctive characteristic seen across their wines. This cuvee is Grenache farmed following biodynamic principles. Red fruit driven, savoury and sophisticated this one to take to family dinner. Crowd pleaser.
