Grapes farmed by Soledad in Coelemu, Itata. A large portion aged under flor. This is a combination of two anti-traditional techniques: extended skin contact and WB, anaerobic ferment. Because of the flor, and skin contact, all the local old guys who tasted said it was like Pipeño of the past. It's an artful imitation of traditional Southern white.
