Catarratto, Grillo, Nero D’avola and Nerello Mascalesse make up his repertoire. We are delighted to be bringing Alessandro’s hand made wines to Australia. His style is unique and his commitment to organic practices and no additions is something to behold. This lesser known white varietal was truly a revelation for us. It is made from 100% Grillo from the Vineyards in Pietra Rinosa. This clay based soil and proximity to the ocean gives the Grillo a distinct salty and fresh finish.
