2019 A.R.C. Wines Sauvignon Blanc

A.R.C. stands for "a random collection".
All notes are from James and Jessica, the beautiful couple behind the wines...
This is Sauvignon Blanc from two sites. One bin was from The Karina Vineyard (planted in 1984 on white clay) and the other bin from The Rivendell Vineyard (planted in 2000 on sandy loam). The Fruit was whole bunch pressed; half to two old barriques and half to stainless where wild fermentation took place. All components were then aged on fine lees for 4 months in barrel. Bottled unfiltered and un-fined with 30 parts of SO2 added in the month leading up to bottling.
