2018 Sonser Vins Hasta La Vista

Lisanne Van Son makes some pretty exceptional juice.
She's a former sommelier from Holland, but made the move to the Loire Valley in 2017. She has also worked a couple of vintages in Australia. The Sonser Vins wines are her French wines. This is a pet nat made from Riesling, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris. Incredible fizz.
