2018 Siemàn Camaleonte
The Siemàn farm is located in Villaga, in the province of Vicenza, in the middle of the Colli Berici.
Siemàn in Venetian dialect means "six hands": the hands of 3 brothers. Marco, Daniele and Andrea Filippini, who after different professional paths find in viticulture a passion that pushes them to make genuine wines. Direct press of Tai Rosso with brief skins contact of Garganega. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel. Ageing in concrete and partly in wood. Bottled in April of the following year to start secondary fermentation. No disgorgment and no SO2 is added at any stage. The wine has fine bubble and little yeasty character. Wildflowers, lemon rind and saline notes first comes at your nose. Palate is savoury, dynamic, fresh and agile.
