2018 Serruria Sauvignon Blanc

This is outstanding white wine.
Textural, fine, precise, sleek and exceptionally long. If I said it drinks more like a Sicilian seaside white wine married to great Chablis, do I make sense? Maybe ‘saline Loire whites’ and I am close. But it’s its own thing very much. Citrus, green apple, green mango with flecks of slate and mixed green herb. Beautiful, succulent feel and strong minerally, saline finish. This is very, very good, in any language. I’m buying some, perhaps lots. Mike Bennie - The Wine Front
