2018 Sauvignon Blanc

Lieu Dit is the project of long-time friends Eric and Justin, whose experience in winemaking (Justin) and as a sommelier (Eric) led them to take a number of trips to France to explore their passion for wine and saw them founding Lieu Dit in 2011.
Based out of Santa Barbera County, they decided to focus solely on producing wines from varietals native to the Loire Valley. This is not a typical Californian Sauvignon Blanc with citrus, lime, apple, melon with some minerality which makes it in many ways more reminiscent of the French style it is inspired by.
