This wine carries and intriguing mixture of brown pear, cinnamon spice and meyer lemon aromas with an edgy savouriness. The palate has that lovely fine texture with a lemony acid finish. Early days but this variety is such a good food wine, being neither weighty or light, gris threads the line and is the wine to grab when you are not sure.
