2018 Rasa Wines A Dry White Blend
Andy Cummins is the bloke behind Rasa.
He sources organic fruit from the Barossa and makes some pretty light and fresh styles out of the. All wines are unfined, unfiltered and fermented using wild yeast. No additions have been made to these wines other than very small amounts of sulphur prior to bottling. This white is a blend of Muscat à Petits Grains, Semillon and some Riesling - from all over the Barossa Valley. Picked over 2 days - the first day was on skins for 42 days, the second day on skins for 7 days. Beautiful juice.
