Paolo Petrilli runs an organic wine, pasta, and tomato farm. YES... Right down the bottom of Italy in Puglia. This is an easy and fun blend of local varieties Nero de Troia, Sangiovese, Montepulciano and Bombino. Hand harvested and natural ferment in stainless steel tanks. Very easy.
