The vineyards, a total of 2 hectares, are located on the hills above the town of Muggia, an ancient Venetian colony, in the province of Trieste.

Nicolini’s winery (Eugenio, father Giorgio and mother Rossana) is a small family-run farm, only 6000 bottles, made and managed following the old traditions inherited from the grandparents with the aim of still keeping certain tastes and perfumes forgotten, with minimum intervention as possible. They cultivate only native grapes and produce exclusively local wines, making each type of grape in purity.
