2018 Mosse Le Gros
This is a relatively new cuvée.
The 2018 vintage is very quaffable. It’s a light red, this time 50% Grolleau noir, 20% Gamay with 10 days of carbonic maceration and 30% direct press Grolleau Gris. This directly-pressed juice makes it extraordinarily fresh, perfectly suited to chilling. The grapes for Le Gros are all from the Mosse estate, grown on clay, shale and schist.
