An even blend of Pinot Noir and Trousseau from forty year old vines planted over grey marl and limestone in En Curon.
It was fermented as whole bunches for two months before being pressed off to cuve for a year of élevage. Delicate and fragrant,it pairs the haunting aromatics of these two wonderful grapes beautifully. Tutto Wines
