We first met Pat Underwood when he worked at Melbourne institute City Wine Shop. He co-founded Boomtown wines and in some ways hasn't looked back. This is his own wine, which he makes in the Boomtown winery. It's a blend of Refosco and Nebbiolo. It's a youthful and vivid expression of northern Italian red grapes from Colbinabbin fruit. New! aspires to be an extremely drinkable yet satisfying red.
