2018 L'Esquif Gamay

This winery is owned by Charlotte and Thomas Carsin, who both have long experience in their fields.
Thomas has worked overseas (Sonoma Valley) and in different regions of France, essentially in organic viticulture. A consultant in Champagne and Provence, he finally purchased this winery in 2009. The duo have some amazing grapes coming from their vineyard and continue to innovate, ageing a good portion of their white and red grapes in amphora, which seems to suit this style of wine.
