2018 Les Dolomies Bordel C’est Bon
Céline Gormally is the organic faming doyenne behind the Les Dolomies label, a committed ‘organic lifestyler’ who has focussed on low-yielding vines across five hectares of land.
The wines are produced with no additions and only a little sulphur, as many in Jura, but with utmost care. Indeed, as a Jura fancier, Les Dolomies is one of my favourite producers of all. Trousseau normally comes a little more delicate from Jura, so this step up in intensity and savouriness is an intriguing proposition. Mike Bennie - The Wine Front
