2018 La Ginestra Tutto Anphora
Tuscany's La Ginestra is a true working farm – utilizing crop and grazing rotation with cows (they also have pigs) over 50 hectares of land.
They are producing a wide range of wines that both honor and obtain local varietals and push into newer expressions with pét-nats, macerated whites, amphora, and fresher, lighter reds. This 100% Trebbiano orange wine is hand harvested from 17-20 year old vines grown in clay and limestone. 7 month maceration, spontaneous fermentation in amphora with indigenous yeasts. Bottled unfiltered, unfined, and without any added sulphites.
