Notes from Alastair, the maker..: 100% Verdelho. Fruit picked on January 5th 2018. Free run juice transferred to stainless steel for natural fermentation. Bottled with 10 grams per litre sugar remaining to finish fermentation in bottle. This level was chosen for ultimate refreshment, sitting somewhere between a Frizzante and Pet Nat style. Unfined and unfiltered with no additions. Dry and lightly sparkling. Savoury reductive notes intertwine with beautiful tropical fruits. Don't be scared of the sediment, its all part of the fun.
