2018 I'll Fly Away... Syrah on Greco



Notes from Tim Ward, the winemaker..:
Six J’s Vineyard, Steels Creek, hand picked, wild 50% whole bunch fermented, 10 days on skins, pressed to old oak puncheons and hogsheads for 12 months, in 2019 added to freshly fermented Heathcote Greco skins and macerated for a month, pressed to tank for 9 months.
