2018 Anne et Jean-François Ganevat La Bubulle à Jeannot
All of Ganevat's wines are biodynamic.
Whole bunch ferment, no racking and all whites go through malolactic fermentation. Only a touch of preservative used at bottling. All wines are bottled in the summer, two years after the harvest. This sparkling cuvée is made from a blend of Gamay from Beaujolais and Poulsard from Jura.
