2018 Danielle Piccinini Muni Bianco



A blend of Chardonnay and Durello.
Clay/Limestone soil. About three quarters of each variety pressed directly and fermented in stainless steel. 10 month ageing in stainless steel and 8 more months in bottle before release. Precise, pure and clean. The Chardonnay character shows up only after a bit of time in the glass and when the wines warms up. Textured with great acidity too.
