Exciting first release here. A couple of knockabouts who work for Gary Mills at Jamsheed, experimenting with the Yarra Valley fruit they work with every day. The Shiraz is from the Spring Lane vineyard – only 32 doz produced. The fruit is handpicked, with 10 days carbonic maceration and 3 months in old oak. Minimal S02 at bottling under crown seal... Serve it chilled.
