Exciting first release here. A couple of knockabouts who work for Gary Mills at Jamsheed, experimenting with the Yarra Valley fruit they work with every day. Yarra Valley Sauvignon Blanc from the Rising vineyard a mere 67 doz bottled. 90% de-stemmed with 3 days on skins. 10% whole bunch with 3 days carbonic maceration... It's aged in old oak and on lees for 4 months. Minimal S02 at bottling under cork.
