Sheesh! Completely natural both inside (the winery) and out (the vineyard). This is 100% Trebbiano direct press after 2 days skin contact. Spontaneous fermentation, aged in stainless steel, cement and/or fibreglass. Zero sulfur additions and no filtering or fining.
