From touring the world as a sound engineer to farming 5 hectares of land in the hamlet of Oudon, located between Angers & Nantes.
A conversation with close friends, Thierry and Jean-Marie Puzelat, and a desire for a career change, led Philippe to the land. He has spent much time with Jacques Carroget of Domaine de la Paonnerie, whom he still receives mentorship from. 2015 was Philippe’s first vintage and Australia his first export market in 2017.
