2018 Anne et Jean-François Ganevat Le Jaja du Fred



All of Ganevat's wines are biodynamic.
Whole bunch ferment, no racking and all whites go through malolactic fermentation. Only a touch of preservative used at bottling. All wines are bottled in the summer, two years after the harvest. This wine is crazy good. It's Pinot Noir from Fred Cossard (Volnay), made in a Ganevat style.
