You guys might be familiar with another wine Alessandro makes - Costadila. In that case he is working for someone else. In this case he is working for himself. Organic fruit, all natural fermentation, 20 days on skins then into bottle with some residual sugar to get fizzy. The variety used is a local Venetian - Verduzzo Trevigiano. Subtle, elegant and excellent. Don't miss it.
