2018 Ajola Sauvignon



Notes from one of the growers and makers, Raffa:
This is a vineyard on clay. It's a field blend with Sauvignon blanc and a little Procanico and Verdello. Slightly early picking to preserve freshness from the hot summer days and then direct pressed and fermented in steel tank. Ageing in old oak barrel for some micro-oxygenation. Perfumed, aromatic with lots of complexity.
