2018 Ajola Bianco

The harvest had very small yields, nevertheless it was an interesting year for the whites because they managed to reach a complex maturity. Ajola Bianco 2018, is a field blend of Procanico, Grechetto Bianco, Malvasia Toscana, and Verdelho. It has 5 days skin contact then the fermentation continues in 800L chestnut barrels. It stays there on lees for 8 months.
