Sauvignon from Friuli is a different. Always more savoury than what we see in the Southern Hemisphere. Growing and making quality Sauvignon Blanc require a lot of care: in both the vineyard and the winery. Thanks to Friuli’s limestone-rich clay and gravel soils, this Sauvignon is not only aromatic but also remains driven by minerals and slightly savoury. It is full bodied and elegant as well as vibrant with long acidity.
