We were literally blown away by this wine. Marco Perco makes changes in his vineyard and cellar every year in search of vino della terra, the estate wine that will be the signature of its terroir. Each year Marco lowers his yield, making further selections and using only selected yeasts. The Vineyard is planted over a variety of different crus with unique microclimates and soils that give richness to the wines. The marl soil gives a mineral quality and flavour to the wines. Marco Perco uses biodynamic farming practices. So good.
