Purveyors of fine grape juice
2017 Patrick Sullivan Rain gippsland, australia

These notes are from Pat, who describes this as a "very light red".
The Pinot Noir is picked and destemmed, then on skins for 1 week. The Pinot Gris is destemmed, then 1 month on skins. Whole berries to cap. Gewürtztraminer is picked and pressed straight to an old hogshead barrels. The wine is etheric.. Light yet powerful. Sweet yet savoury. Tastes likes finding a raspberry garden in the middle of the rain forrest. Pure and long, keeps you young.
