2017 Minim Yandoit Shiraz



Grown in newer volcanic soils over ancient marine sediment in the Yandoit Hills by Peter Fyffe, this expression captures the essence of this site through the lens of the cooler 2017 vintage.
Dry and savoury, medium bodied with generous purple fruit and black olives. Classic Central Victorian Shiraz. Destemmed fruit, macerated on skins for 3 weeks, pressed off an aged on solids in seasoned hogs heads. Barrel aged for 10 months. Bottle aged for 12 months.
