Smoky notes, dried citrus pith, faint savoury honey-nuttiness, lemon and lime, green apple.
Lots going on. Sort of has a juiciness, definitely has a chalkiness, zesty acidity, lemony tang wth light farmhouse cider notes. So much structure, incredible tannin, freshness and personality. Tonic water and texture, minerality and vivacity. So very good. Mike Bennie - The Wine Front
