2017 Little Reddie Brothers
Notes from the maker, Pat..: Picked on fruit ripeness and acidity in 2017 and very gently whole bunch pressed without additions. Settled in stainless. Approximately 10% of the yield at the press was cut to scraps wine to maintain acid. Racked to old barriques and one new hogshead for fermentation with temperature control to slow and elongate the ferments. Elevage on full solids for 12 months, stired and moved to stainless in February 2018 with a small sulphur addition at this point. rested in stainless for a further 5 months, racked with another small sulphur addition prior to bottling in early July 2018.
