2017 LattaVINO Jurassique Blanc

Minimal added sulphites. Harvested at 12.1 bé, whole bunch pressed direct to older barriques & one hogshead. Left to ferment on its own time with no additions at all. Left on ullage for 12 months, full malo. Racked to tank for 6 months then bottled. Enjoy!
