2017 La Violetta Yé-Yé Grisé
Like a lot of Andrew Hoadley's wines, plenty of interesting things going on here. A really tasty blend of Riesling and Gewürtztraminer creates a lovely, flinty, light white wine. The Gewürtz gets a bit of skin contact action - bit nothing crazy - just a few hours. The colour in the wine actually comes from a tiny amount of Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris added tot he final blend. Seriously tasty.
