We had this wine last year, but they're quite different this year. In a good way. This is 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Chardonnay. The Chardonnay is fermented in old barrels, on full solids. The Sauvignon Blanc gets split into thirds - skin contact, carbonic and destemmed. It all gets pressed off together into barrels and then added to the Chardonnay in steel - then bottled. Insanely good drinking.
