In addition to the infamous ‘Estate’ wines of Ganevat, there are a group of wines made from grapes purchased from around the region. All are grown by their vigneron friends to their standards, so organic or bio-dynamically farmed and tended. They pay very high prices to get the quality they want. These are excellent quality wines, and very rare. Jura varieties (Gamay, Pinot Noir, Poulsard, Trousseau) fermented and aged in Tronconic Foudre.
