2017 Catherine Dumora & Manuel Duveau 109
This comes from a single site that is growing on almost pure basalt. It's made of 100% Gamay d'Auvergne. Fruit was harvest for flavour and began ferment with a mix of some whole bunches in tank. It was pressed off without 16gms and then run to bottle where it finished ferment. It was disgorged a few months later and is now very delicious sparkling red wine.
