Notes from Rob..: Little Shadow (Pinot Noir) is from two different sites in Upper Yarra, Gruyere and Seville. Both parcels (MV6 & 777) were destemmed and co-fermented in stainless for two weeks before being pressed off and returned to stainless steel tank. Left on lees until it was bottled with minimal sulfur.
