Thomas Boutin started making his own wine in 2008. Before that he spent 10 years working with winemakers all over the word. Outside of a small amount of sulphur at bottling, he doesn't use any additives in the vineyard or the winery. Again, just like his red, insanely good value wine. 100% Chardonnay, whole bunch pressed into old oak, resulting in a lively and fruity style. So good.
