Ok. Just a quick olive oil lesson. Massimiliano D'Addario, the bloke that grows and makes this juice, is the son of Marina Palusci. She produces what is considered the best (and organic) olive oil in all of Italy. Safe to say Massi knows his way around a farm... This is his Cerasuolo, which essentially is the rosé version of the Montepulciano. Lots of fun to drink. All vines are at least 20 years old, farmed biodynamically and there are no adds used in the winery. Great wines.
