2016 Oiseau et Renard Riesling clare valley, australia

This is a fun little wine.
Made by a couple of unnamed legends up in the Clare Valley. Only 1 tonne of fruit, left on skins for 175 days then pressed off into a stainless steel tank. It's left to dry out, then put to bottle with a tiny whack of preservative. Beautiful juice.
