As pure as Grenache gets... In typical Taras (the winemaker) style there is bugger all of this wine. The winemaking is simple, but intense. Basket pressed, gravity fed. Always tightening the screws - time consuming stuff. The wine is wound up tight but still expressive at this young age. Kept whole bunch in a barrel for 186 (or so) days. This bad boy is screaming to get out of the bottle. Give it some air or give it some years.
