2016 Listrac-Medoc

Left bank goodness.
6th generation winemaking family here. Bernard Lartigue, the winemaker and owner of Château Mayne Lalande is located on the left bank and makes wonderfully elegant, fresh and true to Medoc terroir. 2016 Listrac-Medoc is a blend of 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot and 5% Cabernet Franc. Grown on gravel and calcareous soils, it is a wine of supreme vibrancy, elegance and minerality. Dark fruits, vanilla and tobacco topped off with a beautifully silky and long tannin. Outstanding claret.
