Konpira back in VIC for this one - It's a trap! Notes from the maker... Semillon from Quarry Ridge, Kilmore - Victoria. Picked early April and soaked on skins overnight then pressed off. Wild fermented without cooling to give it a touch of glycerol. Then spent 6 months in cold hard steel then 6 months in old barriques. Racked 3 times. Kept this one simple to express the grapes as they were little grapefruit bombshell when they came in. No malolactic fermentation.
