This wine is a single vineyard expression of the Vignadimilo parcel. The grapes are direct pressed and left to settle for 30 hours. Fermentation occurs naturally in large 2000 liter barrels and lasts 15 - 20 days. Aged for one year in 2000 litter barrels. Serious juice.
