Corvagialla was founded in 2007 around a small house surrounded by four hectares of land.
Pretty simple stuff here, in a good way... 100% destemmed grapes, maceration on the skins of about three weeks, with punching down or daily pumping over as needed. It's a juicy wine, with plenty of dusty backbone. Lovely.
